Laksa Fried Chicken Recipe (2 servings)
Ingredients
310g Chicken meat (1thigh)
50g Laksa Sarawak Paste
600ml Cooking Oil
Salt or Seasoning to taste
Ingredient Preparation
1. Cut the chicken into desired size.
2. Marinate chicken meat with laksa sarawak paste along with salt or seasoning and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
Cooking Methods
1. Heat oil in a skillet.
2. Fry chicken on each side for 4 minutes on medium fire or until brown.
3. Remove chicken from heat and set aside on oil-absorbing paper.
4. Chicken is ready to be served.
